Due to a series of unfortunate events (or not) in the morning, I ended waking up at 9, missing the 8am activity with the kids followed by the conference which was at 9. But since I was already awake I decided to go out anyway. Had breakfast with Amierah and off to the beach to finish my readings. I know I missed out plenty with regards to the conference (especially when I heard my favorite teacher had come by to give a speech) but I guess religious class in the evening made up for the miss. Maybe tomorrow I'll get to see her during my Sunday class. That would at least up my motivation by a bit.
