I've no idea when was the last time I cycled and boy does it ache everywhere! Especially my thighs and feet. 3 hours at the park, walking and cycling. Bumped into my senior officer at the stables. She was with her cute little boy and husband checking out the little ponies haha. After today, I want to go cycling every weekend!
