Hi. I am experimenting pins with feathers now. Mainly for hijabis like myself. Inspired by the feather earrings and hair extensions. Initially I made 2 without the friendship braids. Brought it to work and my colleague told me she'd buy from me for 10 bucks. Hmmmm. So now I'm adding friendship braids. I thought I'd make one specially for this coming eid too. I still can't find a feather I really like though. Nice feathers are not cheap and not easy to come by.
