For the little princess.

Today is my littlest sister's 21st. I NEVER buy any of my siblings presents during their birthdays because I don't make it a priority to celebrate them. We have family dinners outside though because then we'd have a reason to and family dinners are always good. If I receive presents during my birthday I appreciate them but I don't normally reciprocate. Because I want to give out of sincerity and not because I feel obliged to, you know? I don't want to give people some cut out board in the shape of the female toilet sign and say that it's the thought that counts when it isn't really. If it's the thought that counts, you want to at least show that you actually tried and not give something a toddler could make. I want to give something both of us would like and if we're very different individuals, at least give something the other likes. But how much does my opinion matter anyway?

So today I decided to make my sister a beaded bracelet for her birthday. In the end, I thought that it would be really great to give her something for her 21st. And not only because it's her 21st but because she has tolerated me for so long and have done so much for me. Thank you.
