This is my first concert with Darth.

Two or three weeks ago, I was already excited when Darth informed me he got us tickets to watch a live performance by Corinne May at The Meadow in conjunction to the opening of Gardens by the Bay. But I didn't expect the whole experience to be as lovely as today. 

 Earlier before we met though I was being my typically moody self getting ticked off over the smallest of matter (honestly I wanted to remain angry the whole day). But then he had to say something lame and everything went well afterwards. I had my nuggets, fries and chocolate fudge ice-cream and became immediately anger free. Watched skydivers and marches for the NDP rehearsal along the Helix bridge. Saw the "alien" structures at the Gardens by the Bay close up. And took lame couple shots (the headless version, so Darth shall remain Darth). Darth bought Famous Amos chewy chocolate cookies and Canele Macarons (!!!) to munch on during the concert. Thankfully he managed to past by security even after they told him to throw the food away because no outside food was allowed. 

The concert was amazing. There were fireworks from the NDP rehearsal. Laser light beams from MBS. Corinne May sang great live and her songs were all nice. We all sat on the grass. Darth and I chose a spot by the hill side slopes, which reminded me of those live concerts by Sigur Ros I've watched on YouTube. Then after the performance ended, they had a free movie screening. Many people left so we moved towards just front of the stage area. They were screening Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs. It was all so lovely and nice. I had such a great time. I reached home at exactly 12am (my curfew) and still managed to buy McDonald's for Amierah and Hanies.
