Saturday was my bake strawberry cream cake day.

For the first time, in my 25 years of existence, I learned how to bake a strawberry cream cake. It's never too late guys. Today, together with my sister and cousin, we bake a cake at Darth's house. Two cakes actually. With the guidance of Darth's lovely mum (she did most of the actual baking and decorating, we assisted). His mum is an amazing baker. She is so precise. No wonder her tarts and cakes are so tasty. Also, I now know how difficult it is to decorate a cake. Baking is one thing, decorating is a whole other universe. But personally I think, the strawberry cream cakes turned out pretty! The sponge cake itself was pink in color. And with all that cream, of course it's yummy too. I... love... cream. For break fast, my mum cooked chicken rice. Chicken rice for dinner and cake for dessert. Food was good today.
